Senior Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Waiter to join our Guest Service team at Pacific Place, Hong Kong. In this role you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring the dining area is immaculate.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, linens, and dining settings according to service standards.
• Take guest orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and address any service requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and ensure a safe environment.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and manage transactions as part of the guest experience.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below knee level.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform the physical duties described.
• Commitment to safety, uniform standards, and company policies.
