Travel Coordinator – Hong Kong

About the role

The Travel Coordinator supports internal travelers and external guests by managing end‑to‑end travel arrangements. Based in Hong Kong, you will ensure cost‑effective bookings, handle changes, and provide excellent service to crew members and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and confirm flights, hotels, ground transportation, and train bookings for internal travelers and external guests.
• Provide travel offers and assist with cost‑efficient travel planning.
• Manage queries, amend travel change requests, and communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers via phone and email.
• Perform daily crew member flight, ground transportation, and hotel reservations.
• Handle ad‑hoc reservation issues and crew complaints.
• Audit hotel and ground transportation invoices and reconcile monthly credit‑card statements.
• Process monthly business, operational, and travel expense claims through Travel Services.
• Cover worldwide ad‑hoc requests during other Travel Offices’ closing times.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Experience in a travel agency, travel management company, airline, or hospitality environment.
• Ability to work comfortably with diverse cultures and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and capacity to work both autonomously and in a team.
• Proactive problem‑identification and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Amadeus GDS (advantage).
