Director, Intermediary Sales Hong Kong

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Director to lead its Intermediary Sales team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on expanding business through a variety of distribution partners, including consumer banks, private banks, independent financial advisers and insurance companies.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell Invesco funds across multiple distribution channels in Hong Kong.
• Build and maintain high‑level relationships with distribution partners, ensuring excellent client service.
• Identify and develop new distribution partnerships and pitch both new and existing product ideas.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to set revenue targets and drive strategic initiatives.
• Represent Invesco at seminars, delivering market views and investment product presentations.
• Work closely with product, marketing and other functions to generate new product concepts and sales ideas.
• Provide market intelligence and analysis to support business development.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 12+ years of sales experience in financial or fund products.
• Proven track record selling to retail banks, private banks or similar intermediaries.
• Strong relationships with Hong Kong intermediary distributors.
• Ability to lead new channel development and drive revenue growth.
