Associate, Sales Operations

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Associate, Sales Operations to support its Sales Support function in Hong Kong. You will help drive customer satisfaction by managing sales processes, data accuracy, and operational tools that enable eye‑care professionals to deliver excellent care.

Key responsibilities

• Administer sales operation processes, including order management and sales goal tracking.
• Facilitate client transition and onboarding activities.
• Maintain data accuracy in account reconciliation and manage database tools.
• Support sales planning, budgeting, and the enhancement of sales effectiveness.
• Evaluate business processes, recommend improvements, and create sales operation protocols.
• Manage sample and demo tracking, documentation, and tender processes.
• Handle sales contracts, quotations, price setting, purchase orders, and payments.
• Assist with sales incentive reporting and recognition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales administration or sales operations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good people, negotiation, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
