About the role
CITIC Pacific Ltd. is hiring a Manager - Property Development in Hong Kong. The role covers land tender studies, investment opportunities, feasibility studies and property portfolio reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Perform land tender studies, identify potential investment opportunities and carry out full-scale feasibility studies
- Conduct property portfolio reviews, enhancement studies and business studies
- Compile investment reports and management reports, prepare presentations and compile group procedures
- Coordinate with consultants on land matters, planning issues and similar topics
- Carry out other ad hoc assignments as required
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or above in Real Estate, Surveying or a related discipline, with relevant professional qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with property developers or property consultants
- Familiarity with building, planning and land policies in Hong Kong
- MHKIS (GP) or equivalent
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent Putonghua
- Highly motivated, well organised, with excellent analytical skills
