Analyst, Portfolio Management (Real Estate) – 2‑year Contract

About the role

Invesco is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join its Asia Pacific Portfolio Management team. The role supports separate‑account mandates across the region, providing exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from portfolio oversight to client reporting and fundraising support.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of separate‑account mandates, preparing investor reports, portfolio reviews and performance analytics.
• Assist fundraising initiatives by creating pitch books, due‑diligence questionnaires and coordinating investor meetings.
• Work with acquisitions teams to evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial modelling and prepare investment committee papers.
• Monitor asset performance with regional asset‑management teams, track operating initiatives and assist with valuation reviews.
• Contribute to strategic projects, data‑management and process‑improvement initiatives across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, accounting, business or a related discipline with a strong academic record.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in real‑estate investment, private‑equity, investment banking, consulting or valuation.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities, high attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively and collaborate across cultures and seniority levels.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
