Personal Banking Executive – Premier Contact Centre & Remote

About the role

Join HSBC as a Personal Banking Executive focused on Premier customers, working through both the contact centre and remote channels. You will engage customers via outbound warm calls and inbound enquiries, delivering tailored financial solutions and ensuring a high‑quality banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound warm calls to selected Premier customers and handle inbound calls as needed.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Provide comprehensive banking services while complying with regulatory and quality‑assurance standards.
• Support bank initiatives and campaigns on an as‑required basis.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above.
• Excellent telephone customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent verbal communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays within a five‑day work week.
• No prior banking experience required; training will be provided.
