About the role
Join Celki VitalAire, part of Air Liquide, to support patients in Hong Kong and Macau with respiratory, diabetes, and feeding pump products. You will manage orders, assist with product usage, and handle patient inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end patient purchase orders using the ERP system and monitor delivery schedules.
- Assist patients with setup, operation, and ongoing usage of diabetes and enteral feeding pump products.
- Serve as primary contact for patient feedback, inquiries, and special requests.
- Support call centre operations by managing inbound calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Required profile
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Experience in customer service or call centre is an advantage.
- Patient, pleasant personality with positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
