Pharmacy Sales Representative

About the role

The Pharmacy Sales Representative works closely with the Sales Manager to develop the pharmacy channel. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building relationships with customers, and supporting day‑to‑day operations within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in managing daily operating expenditures.
• Implement action plans such as regular calls, visits, order taking, and promotional activities to meet sales targets.
• Track personal and team performance against KPIs and sales plans.
• Execute sales activities including product introductions, marketing display set‑ups, and in‑store merchandising.
• Prepare quotations, tender prices, delivery and commercial terms according to company policy.
• Report competitor activities and maintain up‑to‑date customer data in CRM systems.
• Collect payments, log customer complaints, and follow up on issues.
• Inform customers about promotions and new or upgraded products.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and support key customer relationships.

Required profile

• School Certificate, Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry; recent graduates may also apply.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese.
• Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, competitors, customers and assigned territories.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
