Regional Industry Manager – Agribusiness & Forestry (East Asia & Pacific)

About the role

Join the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as a Regional Industry Manager responsible for leading the Agribusiness and Forestry sectors across East Asia and the Pacific. You will shape strategy, drive investment pipelines and coordinate with a wide range of IFC and World Bank Group teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement IFC’s Agribusiness and Forestry strategy for East Asia & Pacific, including AgriConnect and regional investment programs.
• Lead a team to source, structure and manage a pipeline of investments, ensuring impact and profitability targets.
• Provide credit and investment guidance, oversee portfolio quality and generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with regional, country and global teams, including Risk, Legal, Treasury and Advisory services.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business, finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience financing/investing in real‑sector projects, with strong agribusiness and forestry exposure.
• Proven track record in sourcing and structuring complex investment transactions and managing client relationships.
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
