Sales Representative – Trade Channel (Healthcare Products)

About the role

Join DKSH as a Sales Representative focused on the trade channel for healthcare products. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will help drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and support the execution of marketing initiatives across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in daily operating expenditures and action‑plan implementation.
• Make regular calls and visits, take orders, and achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories.
• Track personal and team performance against KPIs and sales plans.
• Prepare quotations, tender prices, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Report competitor activities and maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems.
• Collect payments, log customer complaints, and follow up on issues.
• Inform customers about promotions, new products, and in‑store merchandising.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and strengthen key customer relationships.

Required profile

• School Certificate, Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (recent graduates are also considered).
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese.
• Basic knowledge of the healthcare market, competitors and customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills.
