职位概况

负责洞察海外市场动态，制定并执行精准的招聘策略，确保在香港及其他地区完成高质量的本地岗位招聘任务。

主要职责

分析目标海外国家/地区的人才地图，制定招聘方案。
全流程管理海外招聘，包括简历筛选、面试安排及候选人体验提升。
运用跨文化沟通技巧，传递企业价值观，吸引国际化人才。
熟悉多国劳动法规与签证政策，确保招聘合规且灵活。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，专业不限，拥有海外留学经验者优先。
3年以上大型高科技或制造业中高端岗位招聘经验，新能源领域经验优先。
熟悉人力资源管理业务，掌握职位分析、人才测评、面试等专业技能。
具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力，能够快速理解业务需求。
具备高韧性、高好奇心、高人际敏感度，结果导向。
在香港有工作身份，英语可作为工作语言。

必备技能

熟悉海外招聘流程与策略。
了解多国劳动法规及签证政策。
跨文化沟通与企业价值观传递能力。
