Business Development Manager – Hong Kong

About the role

The Business Development Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Infosys and its clients in Hong Kong, translating client needs into actionable opportunities for internal delivery teams. You will be responsible for building and executing account strategies that drive revenue growth while maintaining the Infosys price premium.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Lead pursuit teams, develop win strategies, and negotiate contracts such as MSA and SOW.
• Create and maintain detailed account plans aligned with client objectives and Infosys capabilities.
• Manage payment cycles, accounts receivable, and resolve delivery escalations or client complaints.
• Mentor internal account teams to demonstrate business value and ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive market development initiatives, including client references and participation in industry events.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to protect and grow market share.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT services or consulting sector.
• Strong understanding of client decision drivers, competitive landscape, and ability to craft compelling value propositions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
