About the role
Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Business Manager for its pharmaceutical sales function, covering oncology and hematology, based in Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The role is responsible for all marketing and sales activities needed to achieve business objectives within company policies and guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily advertising and sales promotion activities.
- Recommend product modifications or improvements to the product line.
- Handle P&L management and budget control of the responsible products.
- Lead new product launches in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Develop sales processes and pricing models together with Market Access and Finance.
- Promote and manage sales achievement and sales forecasts.
- Carry out needs analysis, development, negotiation, sales, delivery and post-sale service for a group of clients.
- Communicate and track short- and long-range sales and marketing plans.
- Comply with integrity and compliance standards and formulate and execute plans to achieve objectives.
