Data Analyst Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst Team Lead to oversee a high‑performing, multidisciplinary Data & Analytics team. The role involves designing and building complex visualisations and analytical models to assess market and operational impacts, and collaborating with operational and functional areas to deliver high‑impact analytical use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary members of the Data & Analytics team.
• Design and build complex visualisations and analytical models to evaluate market or operational changes.
• Work closely with operational and functional areas to identify, prioritise, and deliver impactful analytical use cases, translating findings into clear visualisations and recommendations.
• Analyse and interpret large (petabyte‑scale) volumes of transactional, operational and customer data using proprietary and open‑source tools and platforms.
• Contribute in a fast‑paced environment where time‑to‑market is critical.

Required profile

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences).
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience applying advanced analytics.
• Proven experience applying analytical techniques to drive operational improvements, scheduling, asset utilisation or investment decisions, and supervising others (preferably in analytics or engineering roles).
• Ability to think abstractly, solve problems, and handle ambiguity.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management and time‑management skills.
