Facilities Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Facilities Assistant to ensure the safety and smooth operation of our premises. The role combines security duties with facilities support, providing a secure environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily security tasks such as regular patrols, access control, visitor registration, parking lot monitoring and incident handling.
• Deliver courteous customer service and respond promptly to accidents, emergencies and risk situations.
• Protect company assets from theft, fire, vandalism and other hazards.
• Maintain and inspect security equipment and fire‑safety systems, ensuring they are operational.
• Replace signage, cordon off venues, and conduct additional patrolling as required.
• Report any irregularities, losses or damages and prepare detailed reports of observations and surveillance activities.
• Handle complaints and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) and a Certificate in Basic Security Training under QASRS.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
• At least one year of experience in security, customer service or facilities management.
