FinTech Consultant – T&T Central Platform Implementation

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a FinTech Consultant to support the end‑to‑end implementation of the T&T Central platform for core banking modules. You will work closely with functional leads and global teams to deliver technical solutions that enable onboarding, payments, lending, and compliance capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support functional/stream leads in platform implementation across assigned modules with a focus on technical execution.
• Configure and parameterise core banking modules, applying rule‑engine and configuration‑framework knowledge.
• Design, build, and maintain system integrations using APIs, messaging, or file‑based interfaces, handling mapping, error handling and performance tuning.
• Define and execute data migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation logic, validation rules and reconciliation controls.
• Configure system parameters and custom components to meet solution design and non‑functional requirements.
• Execute and support functional, system and integration testing (SIT/UAT), preparing test data, analysing defects and driving resolution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across configurations, scripts and integrations, escalating complex risks as needed.
• Collaborate with Deloitte’s global network on large‑scale transformational programs.
