Graduate Civil Engineer (Energy)

About the role

Arup is looking for purpose‑driven graduates to join its Hong Kong Energy team. You will be part of a global consultancy that designs sustainable built environments and tackles climate, biodiversity and social challenges. The graduate programme offers a hybrid working model, mentorship and the chance to contribute to high‑profile projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Offshore Engineering.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in energy‑related modules or projects.
• Proficiency in Python or strong digital skills (highly desired).
• Full working rights in Hong Kong.
• No more than 12 months of full‑time experience in a comparable role.
• Recent graduate or on track to graduate before the start date.
