About the role
We are seeking a Technician to join the Station Retail Technical Team, responsible for building facilities at station shops. The role involves inspections, minor works, and fault handling, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement inspection, minor works, interface works and fault handling for station shops.
- Act as Competent Person to supervise contractors and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health and Railway Safety Rules.
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to provide expert advice on station and commercial facilities.
Required profile
- Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Building Services Engineering or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Diploma or Certificate in the same fields with at least 5 years of relevant experience or 2 years post‑apprenticeship experience.
- Good communication and supervisory skills.
