ICT/SAS Engineer – Airport Systems

About the role

We are looking for an Engineer or Senior Engineer ICT/SAS to join Artelia Airports in Hong Kong. The role involves delivering ICT and airport technology solutions for complex aviation projects, working closely with engineers, project managers and architects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept, schematic, detailed and tender design deliverables for ICT and airport technology systems.
• Prepare and coordinate design reports, technical notes, specifications, system architecture diagrams, single‑line diagrams, equipment room layouts and bill of quantities.
• Contribute to system sizing, equipment room planning, spatial planning and coordinate ICT requirements such as space, racks, containment, power and cooling.
• Ensure designs comply with project briefs, operational needs, aviation functional requirements, applicable standards and company QA procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information, Networks, Systems or related engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in ICT, telecom, ELV or airport systems, with at least 3 years in an airport project environment preferred.
• Experience in ICT/telecom design, security systems engineering, airport systems coordination, technical design review and multidisciplinary coordination.

Required skills

• Structured cabling, fiber backbone, ICT spaces/telecom rooms, passive and active network infrastructure, containment pathways and equipment coordination.
• CCTV, Access Control, Wi‑Fi/LAN support, DAS, FIDS and airport operational technology support.
• AutoCAD, Revit/BIM coordination environments, Visio or equivalent diagramming tools.
