Analog Design Engineer (Junior/Senior)

About the role

We are looking for an Analog Design Engineer who can contribute to the design and layout of high‑speed integrated circuits used in optical‑fiber and wireline communication systems. The position can be filled at junior or senior level depending on the candidate’s experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and layout of high‑speed ICs for optical‑fiber and wireline communications.
• Design, verification, simulation and optimization of amplifiers, ADC/DAC, bandgap, analog buffers, LDOs, charge pumps, voltage references, PLLs, oscillators and SerDes.
• Create technical support documents for designed circuits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design meets performance and reliability targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of analog and mixed‑signal circuit design.
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as SPICE and Spectre.
• Experience in high‑speed circuit design is a plus.
• Programming skills in Perl, TCL and Shell scripting are preferred.
• Knowledge of CMOS IC physical layout and ability to use various EDA tools.
• Good understanding of semiconductor theory and device structures.
