Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join PICTO’s Hong Kong studio. The role offers the chance to work with luxury brand clients, receive training from our Paris and New York design teams, and develop skills across print, digital and video media.

Key responsibilities

• Create layout adaptations for magazine print, out‑of‑home (OOH), digital‑out‑of‑home (DOOH), video and HTML5 assets.
• Interpret and apply luxury brand guidelines, ensuring strict compliance.
• Prepare colour profiles for proof printing and ready files for both print and digital distribution.
• Support the quality‑control process of asset output.
• Collaborate closely with the graphic team to meet client orders and deadlines.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of agency experience, preferably with luxury brands (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
