Senior Visual Merchandising & Creative Designer

About the role

The Senior Visual Merchandising & Creative Designer will shape immersive retail experiences by developing and executing visual concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign goals. This role blends creative storytelling with technical execution to elevate store image and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative concept development, design direction and final execution of visual merchandising displays.
• Design solutions that support retail experience strategy across window displays, in‑store presentations and promotional touchpoints.
• Maintain consistency of store image while elevating creativity and visual storytelling at the market level.
• Provide creative advice, review production samples and refine design details for high‑quality implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on design requirements, material selection, production feasibility, quality control and on‑site implementation.
• Facilitate cross‑departmental discussions and communicate design concepts and project requirements effectively.
• Prepare technical layout drawings, 3D renderings, design presentations and final artwork for production.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Exhibition Design, Product Design or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in window design, events, exhibitions or props.
• Passion for luxury and fashion brands with strong teamwork and creative mindset.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Professional 2D and 3D rendering capabilities.
• Proficiency with SketchUp and 3ds Max.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience integrating AI design workflows into daily production.
