职位概况
负责大堂吧的日常运营管理，制定工作计划并组织实施，确保服务质量和成本控制。
主要职责
- 对酒吧经理负责，执行大堂吧营运管理工作。
- 每日检查、指导工作执行，主持例会并参与部门会议。
- 培训新员工及在岗员工，合理调配人力资源。
- 了解客人特殊需求并传达给服务与出品部门，参与VIP服务。
- 协调餐饮部其他部门，处理投诉、突发事件。
- 参与经营推广方案讨论，提出改进建议。
- 监督设备维护、卫生安全，控制酒水成本。
任职要求
- 同岗位工作经验2年以上，35岁以下。
- 工作认真负责，具备一定管理水平和经营理念。
- 了解各种酒水知识，具备基本英语对话能力。
