Operations Associate – Retail Store

About the role

The Operations Associate is a key member of the store team, responsible for driving profitability and operational efficiency. Working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team, the role supports all aspects of store operations, from inventory accuracy to visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes, investigate accuracy issues and partner with the Store Manager to resolve gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales‑floor replenishment and visual merchandising placement.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensure a safe, organized stockroom.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgeting, vendor relations and facilities to maximise store performance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a client‑centric, sales‑focused environment.
• Passion for customer service, self‑motivation and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 10‑15 kg and perform retail duties such as bending, reaching and standing for long periods.
