Operations Lead – Lee Gardens II

About the role

The Operations Lead is a core member of the store leadership team at ALO’s Lee Gardens II location. You will drive profitability, efficiency and visual standards while coaching a team of Operations Associates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inventory management processes to maximise accuracy and minimise shrink.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, floor replenishment and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards and safe stockroom practices.
• Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, vendor relationships and facilities.
• Recruit, develop and evaluate Operations Associates, providing continuous feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a client‑centric, sales‑focused environment.
• Proven leadership ability with sound decision‑making skills.
• High energy, upbeat attitude and willingness to integrate fun into work.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks (lifting up to 10‑15 kg) and remain active for extended periods.
