About the role
We are looking for talents to join us as a Sales Associate for our boutique in Hong Kong. As a Sales Associate, you will act as an ambassador of the brand to provide a unique and timeless experience to our clients. You will proactively reach out to them to deliver excellent service and inspire our clients with innovative strategies to achieve individual targets, boutique objectives and increase client loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Maximize sales, achieve targets and contribute to the growth of sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Participate in stock management and maintain the floor display area and merchandise.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years' relevant experience in luxury retail industry.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Excellent cross‑selling skills.
- Service oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature and able to work independently.
