PeopleSoft Functional Specialist – Hong Kong

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Expert to join its Hong Kong delivery team. You will work on Global Payroll and Absence Management modules, delivering enhancements and supporting day‑to‑day operations in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for PeopleSoft solutions.
• Configure, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM functional modules, focusing on Global Payroll and Absence Management.
• Execute PeopleSoft enhancements following Agile project methodology.
• Resolve tickets and provide support for PeopleSoft HCM GP/AM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with PeopleSoft architecture.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM functional modules.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
