Product Owner, AI in Brand & Marketing

About the role

Zurich Insurance’s APAC division is launching an AI‑led transformation of its brand and marketing function. The Product Owner will shape and deliver an agentic AI stack that automates end‑to‑end workflows, from content creation to campaign orchestration, enabling marketers across the region to work faster and smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for an agentic AI stack that spans the full brand and marketing workflow.
• Map the end‑to‑end marketing function and pinpoint where AI can deliver the greatest leverage.
• Identify, pilot and scale agentic workflows such as content drafting, brand governance, campaign orchestration, SEO/AEO, A/B testing and market intelligence.
• Work hands‑on with developers, martech teams and external partners to scope, test and implement AI tools.
• Design human‑in‑the‑loop processes that accelerate marketers while preserving brand judgment and quality control.
• Pilot new capabilities with selected country marketing teams before regional rollout.
• Build internal capability and confidence in AI tools across APAC marketing teams and manage the necessary internal and external relationships.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, martech or marketing operations with a track record of delivering tools.
• Broad fluency across brand, content, campaign and performance marketing functions to sequence a coherent roadmap.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for marketing tasks, not just theoretical knowledge.
• Strong strategic instinct to frame ambiguous problems, develop a point of view and communicate it to senior stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in a squad or project model, building solutions while iterating in real time.
