Project Manager – AV/IT Projects

About the role

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead AV/IT, logistics and network build projects across the APAC region. You will own the full project lifecycle, from client brief through procurement, deployment and final hand‑over, ensuring alignment with company strategy and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, coordinating client liaison, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with EOS values.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure effective collaboration and on‑time delivery.
• Conduct site surveys, risk assessments and maintain thorough project documentation.
• Identify and manage scope changes, devise contingency plans and communicate updates to senior management.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on all project sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Audiovisual Technology, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) highly desirable.
• AVIXA CTS certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience delivering construction‑site projects in AV/IT, with strong vendor and risk management skills.
• Experience working in South East Asia and China region.
