About the role
We are seeking a receptionist to join a sizable listed company located in a Grade‑A commercial building. The position offers stable working days and hours, making it ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with customer‑service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform frontline customer service and registration at the reception desk.
- Handle incoming phone calls and general enquiries from visitors.
Required profile
- Tertiary education.
- Working experience in frontline customer service; fresh graduates with part‑time face‑to‑face customer service experience are also welcome.
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
