Recruitment Consultant – Associate Level

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Hong Kong team. In this associate‑level position you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, build strong client relationships and contribute to both individual and team revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate candidate pipelines using diverse attraction strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.
• Manage expectations of both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Act as an industry expert, providing guidance to clients and candidates on market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates and those with limited experience are welcome; more experienced candidates may be considered for senior roles.
• Professional proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
• Goal‑oriented, commercial mindset and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
