Senior HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources activities for a fast‑growing supply‑chain provider operating across Asia. The role partners closely with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, employee development, and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and employees across the organization.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and off‑boarding.
• Lead compensation & benefits administration, annual salary reviews, and performance appraisal processes.
• Provide practical HR advice on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and employment legislation.
• Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development aligned with business objectives.
• Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and best practices for compliance and efficiency.
• Lead employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Partner with regional stakeholders on HR projects and process improvements.
• Oversee HR operations, reporting, HRIS maintenance, and vendor management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience covering the full HR function.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, or a fast‑paced commercial environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong employment ordinances and HR best practices.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with the ability to roll up sleeves in a growing business.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
