About the role

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Captain to join its Food & Beverage Service team. The Captain will deliver quality, friendly, and attentive service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

Prepare mise‑en‑place for service.
Deliver a delighted dining experience to guests.
Create special moments and provide seamless service.
Make menu recommendations with strong product knowledge.
Meet and greet guests in a professional manner.
Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Required profile

Bar experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
Passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry.
