About the role
Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Captain to join its Food & Beverage Service team. The Captain will deliver quality, friendly, and attentive service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare mise‑en‑place for service.
- Deliver a delighted dining experience to guests.
- Create special moments and provide seamless service.
- Make menu recommendations with strong product knowledge.
- Meet and greet guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Required profile
- Bar experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
- Passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry.
