Sales Associate – Luxury Boutique

About the role

As a Sales Associate you will be the face of Van Cleef & Arpels, welcoming visitors and delivering an exceptional client experience in a luxury boutique setting. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will help grow the client base, deepen relationships, and contribute to the boutique’s overall success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business by recruiting new clients, nurturing loyalty, and achieving sales targets.
• Present the brand’s heritage, collections, and sources of inspiration to clients.
• Personalize client interactions, anticipate needs, and provide after‑sales service and care advice.
• Respond to all visitor inquiries and ensure a seamless boutique experience.
• Participate actively in daily boutique life to foster a positive team spirit.
• Master in‑store tools and adhere to commercial policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, enthusiastic, confident, curious and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of being persuasive and engaging.
• Passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
