About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to drive B2B business development in Hong Kong. The role owns the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, building pipeline, creating executive‑level relationships and converting opportunities into revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

Own and drive new business development in Hong Kong.
Prospect, qualify, and build a targeted pipeline using CRM.
Conduct executive presentations and engage C‑level stakeholders.
Develop account strategies, manage multi‑thread stakeholders and long sales cycles.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals.
Track KPIs, forecast accurately and report progress to leadership.
Identify market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to shape sales strategy.

Required profile

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
Strong track record of revenue attainment.
Experience selling complex B2B solutions using consultative selling.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline using CRM tools.
