Senior OS&E/FF&E Designer – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and style‑savvy Senior OS&E/FF&E Designer to join our team and contribute to prestigious hospitality projects. The role develops bespoke design narratives and translates them into cohesive, high‑quality physical expressions across the resort ecosystem, including uniforms, F&B tabletop collections, guest‑room accessories, operating supplies & equipment, and key public‑area details.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design process through visual research, concept development, and detailed design.
• Deliver strong visual presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct sample checks for materials and quality to ensure high standards.
• Provide product styling to enhance installations and create captivating guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years in luxury hospitality, integrated resort, high‑end retail, or luxury product design.
• Experience in FF&E, uniform design, tabletop, and bespoke object development (preferred).
• Background working with Asian or Chinese guest markets (strongly preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, narrative‑driven design solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and production processes.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Cantonese a plus.
