Senior Multimedia Designer

About the role

Spacebox is evolving and undergoing an exciting brand uplift. We are seeking a visionary Senior Multimedia Designer to steer our visual identity, refine our narrative voice, and lead creative execution across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the brand uplift strategy into consistent, elevated design systems for digital and offline channels.
• Partner with internal marketing teams and external agencies to conceptualise and execute multi‑channel campaigns.
• Oversee visual output across projects to ensure brand consistency, polish and high engagement.
• Produce video, motion graphics and a wide range of digital & print collateral, including social content, website banners, exhibition materials and brand premiums.
• Format, compress and optimise graphic and video assets for web and platform performance without compromising visual fidelity.
• Manage multiple creative projects concurrently, prioritising tasks to meet fast‑paced deadlines.
• Guide and gatekeep agency and freelance work, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
• Utilise generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to streamline production and push creative concepts.
• Monitor design trends, emerging technologies and social media specifications to continuously elevate content.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional multimedia and graphic design experience, preferably in agency or in‑house brand environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, digital campaigns and brand identity design.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Web/Graphics/Multimedia Design, Communications or a related field.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent presentation skills, proactive teamwork and strong problem‑solving under tight timelines.
