Senior Professional Sales Representative (Pharma)

About the role

Join a high‑performing sales team at Organon to drive strong business results and make a significant impact on customers in Hong Kong. This permanent full‑time position focuses on providing clinical information, education and training to healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products in the assigned sector and engage with key opinion leaders.
• Present products to physicians and healthcare providers through face‑to‑face meetings or small‑group sessions.
• Develop and execute account plans for trade and retail customers to maximise sales and market share.
• Negotiate commercial terms, trade agreements and promotional activities in line with company guidelines.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and market intelligence for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a science‑related discipline such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Chemistry (preferred).
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• Self‑motivated, result‑focused with strong customer orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and within a team.
