Senior Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technician to lead the installation, maintenance and repair of complex technical equipment and building systems. The role combines hands‑on technical work with supervision of junior staff and coordination with external contractors to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, routine inspections and repairs on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Guide, train and delegate tasks to junior technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor and manage external vendors and contractors during upgrades or specialised equipment installations.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, enforce local safety regulations and report equipment status to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property or facility maintenance.
• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A or B).
• Proven ability to supervise a technical team and manage contractor relationships.
