Senior Project Manager - Data Centre

About the role

You will lead the delivery of complex data centre projects from design through commissioning and handover, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and client targets are met. The role involves day‑to‑day client interaction, coordination of multidisciplinary design teams and oversight of construction and commissioning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Client and stakeholder management – act as primary contact, build trusted relationships, lead steering meetings and handle escalations.
• Design management – coordinate architecture, structural, MEP and mission‑critical systems, manage design consultants, lead design reviews and value‑engineering.
• Project execution – own scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk; drive procurement, contract administration, change control and financial reporting.
• Commissioning and handover – plan and execute commissioning, manage Cx agents, conduct factory and site acceptance testing and ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Safety, quality and compliance – enforce site safety standards and mission‑critical quality requirements in live environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• PMP or CCM certification (or working toward).
• 5–10+ years of progressive project management experience in data centre or mission‑critical construction.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong client‑facing leadership and communication skills in high‑pressure environments.
