Service Engineer

About the role

Provide in‑house and on‑site field services for system and equipment installation, commissioning, repair and subsequent maintenance support for laboratory and clinical equipment. Deliver preventive maintenance and after‑sales engineering service while supporting ad‑hoc projects assigned by the company.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, repair and maintain laboratory/clinical equipment both on‑site and in‑house.
• Perform preventive maintenance and after‑sales support for assigned systems.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects as directed by the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of field service support experience.
• Experience in the laboratory or clinical market is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with a strong customer‑service focus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
