Senior Oncology Research Scientist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Scientist or Senior Scientist to lead oncology research projects, focusing on the discovery and development of novel anti‑cancer agents. The role involves designing and executing molecular and cellular experiments, as well as in‑vivo efficacy studies in mouse models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and perform molecular and cell biology experiments, analyze data, and draft study reports.
• Plan and conduct drug efficacy and pharmacology studies using cancer mouse models, including cell line‑derived xenografts.
• Summarize and present findings at internal and external meetings.
• Investigate tumor biomarkers, elucidate mechanisms of action, and explore new indications or drug combinations.
• Conduct literature reviews and propose new therapeutic targets.
• Coordinate internal resources and external CRO/outsourcing services to ensure timely delivery of results.

Required profile

• PhD in biology, biochemistry or related field, or a Master’s with ≥3 years relevant experience.
• Proven track record in cancer research (publications, patents or equivalent).
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and deliver high‑quality results.
