Site Manager

About the role

TAIT is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead its onsite technical team on large‑scale installations worldwide. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a happy team and satisfied client.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onsite scheduling, resource deployment, and milestone tracking in line with project budgets.
• Coordinate transition from installation to operational handover, including documentation, training, and client support.
• Lead daily stand‑ups, toolbox talks, and wrap‑up meetings to keep the team aligned.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, vendors, local authorities, and site owners, ensuring contractual, quality, and safety obligations are met.
• Manage local accommodations, logistics, and compliance with local laws and cultural considerations.
• Maintain accurate reporting on progress, financials, risks, and mitigations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments, JSAs, and safety reporting to uphold proactive safety management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading large‑scale project installations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with multinational, multilingual teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work extended periods onsite.
• Right to work in Hong Kong.
