Supply Chain Coordinator (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support spare parts logistics and inventory operations across the region. The role works closely with local Client Care teams, regional markets, headquarters and logistics partners to ensure efficient order fulfillment and accurate inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end spare parts operations, including order processing, allocation, shipment arrangement and delivery tracking.
• Liaise with local Client Care teams, China markets, HQ and 3PL partners to ensure timely execution of logistics activities.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound transactions and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Prepare shipping documentation, arrange outbound shipments and monitor shipment status, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve shipment, inventory or operational discrepancies promptly.
• Perform regular inventory checks, cycle counts and analyze inventory movements to support optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse or distribution operations, preferably in retail, luxury or consumer goods.
• Familiarity with inventory management, order fulfillment and third‑party logistics (3PL) processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across locations.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
