Senior Fulfillment Operations Analyst (Outbound)

About the role

The Senior Fulfillment Operations Analyst (Outbound) supports the execution of outbound operations at the Hong Kong Distribution Center, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment across multiple markets. The role focuses on operational execution, coordination with 3PL partners, and resolving daily outbound issues while driving continuous improvement through data and process enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily outbound operations and coordinate with 3PL partners for timely dispatch.
• Execute order prioritization based on business and market requirements.
• Handle outbound exceptions such as discrepancies, delays, and system issues, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Collaborate with Planning, Customer Service, and commercial teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare outbound reports, track performance metrics, and monitor KPIs.
• Identify process gaps, support workflow optimization, and assist with WMS improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in outbound logistics or fulfillment operations.
• Strong problem‑solving and operational execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross‑functionally.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
