Technical SEO Specialist

About the role

First Page is looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to join its SEO Tech team. You will own the technical SEO work across a portfolio of client websites, focusing on implementation, data analysis and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day SEO tasks for assigned client accounts.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, keyword mapping and search‑intent analysis.
• Plan and implement on‑page SEO improvements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URLs and content optimisation.
• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexation, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, robots directives, structured data and site architecture.
• Analyse crawl data and website configurations to identify issues and propose practical recommendations.
• Implement and QA SEO changes across CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, etc.).
• Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog to monitor performance and uncover opportunities.
• Track organic performance, keyword rankings, indexation and technical health across client sites.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a strong analytical mindset.
• Comfortable working directly with websites, CMS platforms and SEO tools.
• Curious and proactive in investigating unfamiliar technical issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to QA own work.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Clear communication in English and Cantonese for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
