Long-term Internship Program – Multiple Roles

About the role

Complex Asia is offering a long‑term internship program with three distinct tracks: Digital & Technology, Events Operations & Partnerships, and Social Media, Content & PR Marketing. Interns will work part‑time during the academic year and full‑time during breaks, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced cultural events environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support testing, user acceptance testing and enhancement of ticketing and event technology platforms.
• Assist in coding, system improvements, automation projects and technical troubleshooting.
• Provide on‑site technical support, ticket activation assistance and cashless top‑up purchases during events.
• Help plan and execute live events, coordinate with vendors, production teams and venue operators.
• Develop event run‑downs, contingency plans and monitor operational readiness.
• Research and identify potential sponsors, exhibitors and brand partners, and prepare partnership proposals.
• Create and schedule engaging social‑media content, write copy, manage community interactions and support PR campaigns.
• Produce graphics, short‑form videos and marketing materials using design tools.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate student (any discipline for events/partnerships, Computer Science‑related for tech, Marketing/Communications for media).
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and event days when required.
• Passion for youth culture, music, fashion, sports and entertainment.
