Account Executive – Life Sciences Localization Solutions

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and support existing clients in the Life Sciences sector. Based in Hong Kong, you will act as the first point of contact for clients needing translation and localization services.

Key responsibilities

• Research and compile prospective client data from various sources.
• Generate daily outreach mailings and conduct cold‑calls to potential clients.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines, and educate clients on translation processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate and high‑quality delivery.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and follow‑up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market leaders.
• Participate in special projects as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
